This is a question that is asked a lot. Actually, I am still surprised how much. But I still answer with the same statement. It is a high vibrational white light energy. I then go on to explain. Reiki can be used in many ways and basically relieves the stress in a physical body so it can then heal.  To that I usually get a deer in the headlight stare. It is a hard concept to absorb. Reiki and the type A personality I am writing on this subject for two reasons. First as a type A personality, I felt that my experience with all the challenges of relaxing and accepting that needs to happen with Reiki and energy healing techniques, I could pass a few tips your way. Leadership is an art and those that do it best piss a lot of people off. It can’t be helped. If you like playing nice then stay put as an employee or better yet stay home and let the government take care of you. There is no trophy for everyone in business. There is no participation awards. When someone asks you about Finding your Joy, what do you think of?  What is Joy to you?  For me the path to joy has been a long road, and a destination I avoided for the past 5 years. Well before that my definition of joy would have been happiness, though I have found out that could not be more wrong. Updated Question of the day, Authenticity, what is it? How do you put yourself out there? How do we know when we are being authentic or when we are acting the way society expects us to act? After all we have had some great teachers that have been taught by great teachers how to kill our truth. Hide that dam joy, stop acting like a girl.
