Focus




Over the past few months I have had alot of experience with learning to focus. How to, what happens when you don't, and the rewards when you do. The basis of focus is paying attention, now the trick is what are you paying attention too? 

The news, the weather, the idiot that cut you off while on the cell phone? and now that is all your thinking about. The bills that fill up your mailbox, your spouse and their whining, the co worker that adds all the drama to the office, and oh yay, that traffic when your running late for work.

 Really, how are we suppose to get ahead when we have all this stuff bombarding us each day? After all we can't help the traffic, the whining spouse, the drama queen at work, and the bills we have to pay attention to them! 

No actually you don't have to "Focus" on them. Now for one example when driving to work have you ever noticed the beauty around you?

 I still get into the wrong focus, the difference is I no longer stay there very long. The secret? Practice yes Practice and more Practice, just like any thing learning to Focus on the things that will turn your life around takes practice. 

 Lets take a few of examples I used here, The news come on now yes to a degree it may be good to keep informed but do you really have to watch the news in the am, pm and read the paper? the first 15 min of your local news is all you need, that is maybe even a little much, the weather man really most people are enthralled with the Weather man, really it's the one job where you can be wrong and still keep your job and we sit there and actually believe them each day. Go outside look up and I bet you can tell what kind of day it is. 

 Ok the bills we all have them, but focus on the other end, the cks the money flowing in, the abundance you have in your life. and as you pay them give thanks that you have the money to pay and gratitude for the service you received. 

Seriously I guarantee if you start picturing the money flowing expecting it to be there it will be. Now that doesn't mean being fiscally irresponsible don't go buying things before it arrives but hay you can shop for it.  

Oh and Miss Drama, lets focus on our job and give thanks that we have a job, lets do our best each day and be grateful for all our abundance that flows to us. When we wake up tomorrow lets put our feet on the floor and give thanks that we can, when we take our shower lets give thanks, when we have that cup of coffee lets give thanks, when we start our car lets give thanks, when we drive to work lets give thanks, Be grateful for all your blessings FOCUS on the little things, Relax and know that all is well. Because it is.

Being Me...... Yup, As I begin to write or I should say began to write the other day. I was told to stop. and for those reading that are not aware, I am very in tune with our spirit / energy world that surrounds us. I can positively say you are Never alone. Voices in my Head

  Voices in my head. I often get the question, Have you always been a medium? Psychic? The answer is I don’t know. Because I have always had this conversation going on. I just thought it was my imagination I guess. I thought everyone had this constant dialogue with what I thought was those two little men sitting on each shoulder. Like in the old cartoons…..   If you see me talking to myself, I’m not. As I got older, I tended to use them to make decisions, not that I listened very well in my teenage years. But I can remember sitting and listening to the back and forth discussion about the pros and cons of situations. I always felt like I was a little girl sitting at her grandfather’s feet while he bantered with his old friends. The Point is......................

So my word or message this morning for me was "point of view",  to which I asked how come I do not get a "word" everyday? Well that started the ball running...... for one you do, it is a matter of your focus and to that,.... the point of view or attitude you have while your "focusing"  Life hands us so many opportunities each day, and those opportunities are made or not made depending on our Point of view. So what started me on my point of view today was the thought that why don't I get a word or message each day? I love waking up with my Angels chattering, that is when they are chattering about anything besides "Ann, come on Ann it's time to wake up" I don't use an alarm clock, I rely on my Angels to do that job for me, they do a great job. Any ways as I was saying, this morning the chatter was all about point of view and such, like focus and gratitude and attitude. I recently made a life decision and am moving forward on that so
