In these trying times for our world so many people are asking for healing energy to be sent to the people of…..

No matter where you are you can help.  The first step is to realize you have the power to help change this world and the events that are happening. 
How you do this first and fore most  is to concentrate on the positive in this world, in your life. Constantly counting your blessings is key.   I will be making available soon my new book that will go into depth on the power we hold and how to use it. 

For the moment though lets concentrate on the basics of sending healing energy. 

The  5 steps to healing
1.       Intent,  it is all in the intent, meaning our intentions are very powerful, when we intend we make known to the universe this is what I am going to do, so it is like a wake up call to the universal energy saying “pay attention” I’m about to move some energy,

  So make your intentions strong and positive. 

2.       Say a prayer of thanks and gratitude, how everit is you pray or talk to your divine source do that be grateful for all you have nad ask that healing be sent to………………….
                    
3.       Visualize, picture the person or area that you want to be healed.  Now though this is important picture them as healed. 

4.       Now the fun part from your minds eye , ok I know where is that, The minds eye is how you see when your eyes are closed that screen that pictures are projected on. Picture a beautiful white light powerful and bright, now surround the person or place with this light  make the light so bright that it blocks the image of what you are healing.  Hold this light  for as long as you feel comfortable.

5.       Now give thanks for the healing, faith and gratitude go a very long way.   Know that it has worked
